Very good in my opinion. 3 (for free) 6 (you) 6 (them matching) = 15%.

I'd suggest maxing this out. It's free money so really try to get the full 6%.

Alright, easy enough. I basically spend next to no money so I won't even notice that being taken out.

Glad to know it's good though, I'm new to jobs that offer this sort of stuff so I'm trying to sort it all out little by little.

I think that's pretty common. I hear that 15% savings for retirement is the norm, assuming you start when you're young. My work does the same
