After the uncertainty to get it renewed for season 6, this is a very pleasant surprise. Someone high up at Disney must like SHIELD.

I don't know how much stock to put in this, but I found this article saying SHIELD is actually more popular than any of the other Marvel shows.

This is weird because it seemed like they'd reached a natural ending owing to cancellation rumors, and the shorter season 6 would just serve to wrap up everyone's character arcs. Not that it's unwelcome.

Woooo! Awesome news. A little surprising though; I guess they're not going to try to port it over to their streaming service.
And yeah, while it would be pretty fascinating to see how society is coping after the snap for half or so of this season, I don't blame them for just waiting until the Avengers sort everything out. --- Is it crazy how saying sentences backwards creates backwards sentences saying how crazy it is? ...
