Second degree crimes in New Jersey carry a potential sentence of 5-10 years in prison. McClure and D'Amico turned themselves into Burlington County law enforcement on Wednesday. They have been released pending trial. Courts records show that Bobbitt was arrested in Philadelphia on Wednesday evening on Burlington County charges.
