Now I have a job where I get swabbed (LOL), so its only for weekends now. FF_Redux 11/15/18 10:42:58 AM #3:	I quit now after daily use of 9 months (only at late evening and nights). The only bad thing is hard to fall asleep and the pain in my damaged foot has increased. BudDupree48 11/15/18 10:45:49 AM #4:	They say it takes 21 days to break a habit I've had to quit smoking for jobs and stuff after smoking every day for like 8 years. It can be done. You'll find that after you hit a couple weeks you'll be more rejuvenated and productive. It's not that hard, obviously there is some kind of dependency that lingers but it can he conquered with time and effort. One issue is that I am studying for CPA exam, so I am home to study a lot, but don't make the best use of that time. So then I plan on studying more by staying in more, not get the most out of it, cycle repeats ad nauseum.
