Deport violent ones immediately. After that, try to help the good immigrants gain citizenship. Any that fail to or don't want to, deport.

Let them come and go. Illegal immigration is as bad as it is because they're disincentived from leaving on their own because of the difficulty of getting here in the first place. They should just work the jobs that most Americans won't, at whatever the legal wage is, then once the season is over they can just skedaddle.
