Minecraft Pocket Edition is pretty much proper Minecraft now and it works great with a controller

Oddworld: Stranger's Wrath is also good, it's a terrific port of the Xbox version and has full controller support

All emulators obv, and SNES9X is free

Zen Pinball too, that works well, plus if your controller can hold your phone in the portrait orientation then there you go

Pac-Man 256 is always good

I couldn't figure out how to change the figuration and the way it was automatically set up made it impossible to play. Only paid a dollar tho
