No. People who work together get married all the time. We only find it weird because actors job is to play imaginary characters so well we forget that they are literally just doing their job.

Not ironic, Tennant is a major Who fan, has been his whole life. Hooking up with the daughter of the man who played Who is one of the biggest fan fantasies there is.
