Someone will buy Sony or Microsoft's digital infrastructure if they ever go under. It just makes finical sense. You might be locked out of some shitty move game but I don't see players being locked out of their entire libraries. But Nintendo is just a mess when it comes to technology. If the game existed in physical form, I would have bought it, and I could have been playing it instantly.
