That and Hugo Weaving was the easiest actor to replace.

I don't care that it's a new actor. He was one of the few memorable villains in the MCU. I'm sure they'll put effort into the performance. And even if it's phoned in, it's still a good enough concept of a villain that he should warrant an appearance regardless.

He is only in one scene, sadly

Hes literally a ghost on another planet and in the movie for no longer than 7 or 8 minutes. No fights, no plans, no anything. He could have been replaced by a nameless spirit and nothing would change.
