Example: It came up in conversation recently that I, at 36 years old, have never eaten an apple. I've had fried apples and apple sauce and juice and whatnot, but I have never bitten into the fruit.

What is a common, everyday thing you have never done that others might be surprised to know?

It was a long while ago, about ten years ago when I first started. I would always wake up a little early, but never get up extra early to put in some work like working out, working on my current project, or finding the quiet time to do all of these things

So now I wake up at 4:30am every morning, and start my day unlike before where I would get up at 6am then be out the door by 6:45am rushing.

I work out, eat breakfast and have time to work on my projects, and lastly I feel extremely productive every day and I feel way better during the day and sleep better at night.
