If I can't reheat on a stove top than I don't fuck with leftovers. Microwaves makes the texture of food gross.

I keep my leftover sauce separate from the pasta, re-heat the sauce on the stove in a pot, microwave the pasta.

I just add a little bit of olive oil, keep the heat low and stir constantly.

Or I just eat it cold.

Ah. I have trouble cooking meat just right but I keep trying >_<. Im anxious Ill undercook it, so I usually overcook it a lil. Then I remedy it by eating it with stove top stuffing so it's not as noticable lol
