Gengar doesn't learn Mirror Move, in any Generation. Nor is it an egg move for it, and it's never a TM. --- ... Copied to Clipboard!

This is the proof it cheats
Not the fact that it's got imperfect stats for rental Pokemon but all ai ones have perfect stats in r2 or the fact that they can hit 5/5 thunders in a row and crit on two of them with something that caps at a <10% crit rate due to its speed while evading 3/5ths all all thunder/ fire blasts of your own. --- Pew pew! ... This is the proof it cheats 1. There is a Randomizer/Editor that lets you look at AI R2 Stats, their IVs are 6/7 out of 15, about half for all, not perfect. Rental IVs seem to be dependent on evolution; Charmander has 10/11s, Charmeleon has 6/7s, Charizard has 0s. 2. The RNG is harder to prove; everyone thinks the RNG in every game cheats because humans remember bad luck better than we remember good luck. 3. Gengar's Mirror Move however, is conclusive evidence of rule breaking. --- ... Copied to Clipboard!
