Yeah, Witch Doctor or Necromancer, if you have the expansion. Pet builds are easy mode

As a counterargument I think barbarian is an easy beginner class because it's simple to understand. Get strong, hit things with big weapon. Don't have to worry too much about how magic works or what the best weapon combinations are.

Monk. You can just ring the bell and solo the entire game with no effort. It's how I beat hard mode for my Plat.

demon hunter is simultaneously the hardest and best
if you get good at dodging then you are unlikely to ever get hit unless you get absolute BS rolls on elite packs/enemy heroes, and can push out ridiculous dps with multishot
if you suck at games dont pick demon hunter cause they die quickly

having said that every class is easy and the game is easy up until like torment 6
