Drunk probably. I mean it comes down to be valuing my liver or valuing my lungs. My brain would be fucked whatever the case.
Also it doesn't take much to get me drunk so I'm not consuming a lot of alcohol really. Well at least until my tolerance for it build up.

You can vape or eat edibles to get high, so no smoking required. Also there isn't any negative effects from getting high (I mean maybe if you got REALLY high) in the short term at least, and they are minimal in the long term as long as you don't super abuse it.

Alchohol on the other hand has short term negative effects (if you take enough to actually get drunk) although you can learn to mitigate it a bit (honestly though I feel like crap the next day even if I am not dehydrated etc). Long term negative effects are also very severe as well.

So long story short, I'd get high every day. I would get high every day instead of getting drunk once a week to be honest.
