What should I know before getting into it?

Will it make a difference if I get my degree from a cheaper school? Im thinking about North Carolina State right now.

Are there different concentrations within Aerospace engineering? Or is Aerospace considered its own concentration within engineering? Sorry I tried googling this and couldnt come to a definite conclusion.
