On the PS4, XBox One, Wii U and Switch?

It does to me. Especially the last year or two. The sheer number of improved releases, HD rereleases, and compilation releases. And it's not like, back ages ago, there waited several generations to bring stuff out again, now it's happening in the next generation. Stuff like The Last of Us, brought from PS3 to PS4, and from what I know, almost identical. All those games brought from the Wii U to the Switch. I wouldn't so much, if they added in quite a lot of new content, like new levels, or a new mode or two, but they usually don't.

I want new games. Not the games I was playing last generation, or the generation before that. I still own almost every game I've ever bought, so there's often not much point in me getting these rereleases.

No money spent on story or voice actors

Good thing there's tons of new games coming out all the time as well as ports.
