Never played Streets of NY but I enjoyed the hell out of Streets of LA and, hell, I'll count Sleeping Dogs too.

Streets of LA was great dumb fun. Like you could dual-wield shoguns and randomly search people for drugs. I'd solve all crimes by shooting people.

In LA you fought a dragon at the end and, I heard there were vampires in NY.
