The location in question has just been on a Spectrum cable modem since we set up in there and Spectrum's service has been crap there. They finally admitted to us about 6 or 7 months ago, after we had them dispatch techs about 7 tmies, that their coax infrastructure is oversubscribed. This explains why our VPN tunnels randomly drop here and there.

Finally got in contact with someone at Google today and the ball is finally rolling. They had been trying to reach out to the wrong building management company even though the correct company signed the initial forms for us.
