We know at least one exists, and that since this started: Omega Labyrinth Z was flat out refused an English release anywhere after getting an M rating or equivalent in most of the targeted countries. Senran Kagura: Burst Renewal and Toejam and Earl were delayed to remove things in accordance with "the wishes of the platform holders". SK:BR also had received an M rating or equivalent in most targeted countries before the publishers we're informed they had to make changes to release on PS4. No idea about TJ&E but I doubt it got anything close to an M. All Japanese games releasing on PS4 have to submit to an English inspection of some sort. Some JP Visual Novel has added censorship on the PS4 that's absent on the Vita and Switch. Seems to have affected another VN called Nekopara but I've heard little about that.
