Sadness. I'm hoping that the PS4 ports of Cold Steel 1 and 2 is just a precursor for them having the entire series on one console. The games are too good to only tell half the story in North America.

You'd think a localization would have been announced by now. Well, hopefully after 1 and 2 are re-released. It sucks that in 2018 there are still crazy long localizations

The localization team is just a small studio of 24 people, and two of their senior members left relatively recently. They need to release the games. They can't leave the series half finished over here - not in the Year of Our Lord 2018.

I wouldnt be surprised to see CS3 by the end of 2019/ early 2020. But I also wouldnt be surprised if NISA took the series over and we end up with a shitty translation and a new voice cast. I wouldnt be thrilled but ill take the games in English any way possible at this point.
