Current Events > How do you heal a sprained ankle?

I ran a mile yesterday and then a few hours later my left ankle started to hurt and I was limping. I wrapped it bandages and when I woke up today it was even worse. Is there like some kind of home remedy that helps it to stop hurting faster?
