I don't know enough about physiology to determine whether said cyclist has any kind of natural advantage by virtue of being trans, and I can't force myself to care enough to try to educate myself. Or think about the murkier issues of 'fairness' and 'level playing fields' when everyone is born with different capacities and potential.
