Plus by closing my account and my discord I effectively distanced myself from everyone here and off-site. Been closing other things like social media too. Have you ever had to give someone a spongebath corsola? we have to bathe at least one our patients. Some are day baths, some are night baths but you still have to bathe one of them. Its our managers new thing. Are you on your own most of the day? Do you have set things you have to do each day when you go in, or do you not know until you get there? Charge nurses kinda oversee the units patients, and my manager will occasionally ask others what they are observing with the new nurses. There are few people I trust as resources and I go to them if I need advice. Im completely on my own, but like I said I ask others for input before I do something Im unfamiliar with or am unsure about.
