I don't know if I'd turn vegan for her, mostly because she's a professional and her job was to get me to eat vegan, but the veggie burger actually wasn't half bad.

I don't even know what was in the patty though and it had a mixture of colors like orange and green.

The various milk alternatives taste a lot better than regular milk, too. Some, like soy, maybe not so much, but other like rice milk are dope.

A hot girl is never worth giving up meat for.

Not so much as a result of giving up meat, but moreso because it shows she is going to force her beliefs on you one bit at a time. Stubborn person not worth dealing with.

I haven't yet tried the latter, but I just had a double beyond burger for dinner. The closer to the real thing the better imo

Veggie burgers that attempt to replicate the flavor of meat. Another guy said it best when he described it as the uncanny valley of food. Yeah, it tastes almost like meat, but somethings not right and it just ruins it.

Black bean burgers are just that, patties made from black beans. They typically have some southwest seasoning to spice it up.

I can get them from whole foods and king Soopers (Kroger)

I'd say get the non frozen one that's in the actual meat section.
