I dunno where the diarrhea meme comes from. The food was great, i ate a pulled pork burrito, brown rice, my brother had taco and my mom had fajita.

Guacamole is excellent, salsa also taste pretty great bit its nowhere as spicy as the meme people says.

Like i downed half bottle of habanero salsa on my burrito.

I am indonesian, and we eat spicy food daily, fresh sambal is 10x spicier, and manado tunafish, cooked in green chili is probably 100x spicier and i cried when i ate that.

Great food tho, i hope i can find mexican food in indonesia, there is only 1 place i know in the middle of the city, and it is too long to commute there.

It's basically just from people that aren't used to spicy food and/or aren't used to any type of bean/legume. Same reason people say the same stuff about Indian food. As if there's some mysterious "Punjab shitting powder" in every Indian dish. It's just the chilies and lentils.

Thought everyone knew that the spiciest of the spicy was South Asian food. Mexican food and sauce should be no problem.

It's just a stereotype, if you're having breakfast get some chilaquiles verdes(green) the rojos(red) aren't as spicy. It's eggs(scrambled/sunny side up), tortilla with dried cheese drowned in green sauce.

For breakfast you can also get some tacos de Chorizo it comes mixed with eggs. Not much to say but it's delicious. They sell it in afternoons but it's mostly breakfast food.

My personal favorite which isn't found in every Mexican restaurant is the Burrito Jalisco you get a regular burrito lettuce, tomato, meat or chicken but it comes with nacho cheese all over it with some red sauce it isn't spicy at all but it's delicious. It's a dish so you also get some brown rice and refried beans.

Milanesa is another great dish it's a breaded steak skirt.
