People will ask her a question and she'll often immediately respond with a funny, quite detailed anecdote from some time in her life regarding tourettes. If she was somehow faking it she would have had to put hours and hours of work in inventing every single one of these stories, and then recalling them on command. She's probably just doing them to be funny. Tourettes does not weave it's way into your speech that seamlessly, nor are all speech expressions vulgar.
