I mean, I'd like it to be lower, like... zero, and that number be a true representation. But 400 across all the US, over a 9 year peroid? That's relatively good. Still not good enough, but compared to what it could be? Although, I wouldn't be surpised if the assaults are under reported. Especially if there's coercion involded. Something like "I see, miss, that you have a few violations on here. What say we look over this one, if you do a little something in return...". I mean, technically she wasn't raped in the phyiscally forced sense, but that's still rape by coercion, and you KNOW it happens.
