Immolation is unbelievably painful and your nerves won't shut down processing the pain until they're melted off and even then... You don't always pass out from lack of oxygen before you die from it, for that matter. Easily the worst of all these options.

Stoned to death is usually not a fast way to die so you'll suffer. Excessively.

Drowning might not be terribly painful but it's terrifying and you're aware of a lot of stuff going on as you get closer to passing out.

Usually you die from injuries sustained as a result of a lightning strike and not the event itself, so not a fast way to go. Only one that may give you a chance to say goodbye to anyone though.

Suffocation in general is like drowning but not necessarily as terrifying depending on the cause. Inhaling enough smoke from a fire you haven't even seen or realized is happening, not too scary if at all and you might not realize your body is shutting down until it's too late. Suffocated by being choked to death by something that snagged around your neck, that's really terrifying as you struggle to get free.
