I don't think I'll ever understand the attraction some women have with getting blackout drunk. Yeah, drinking can be fun when you're partying with your friends. I'm not a big drinker at all, but it is nice to get a warm buzz once in a while. But getting so drunk that you can't stand without help and you have to spend hours vomiting to clear your stomach and head. That's... fucking dumb.

Being with your friends is fun enough without a buzz too so it's weird to see this distinction

Better question what's the thought process to rationalize being inebriated is fun? Blacking out, waking up the next morning with a pounding headache, and puking your guts out all over your bathroom floor is not my definition of fun.

That's no excuse to behave irresponsibly.

Not sure why it's at all a gendered thing. Many people go to bars to get shitfaced for a variety of reasons, many of which are because that's how they have fun and many of which because they're miserable people with no other joy in their life.

people do a lot more ridiculous shit than go to bars and drink in pursuit of joy. That is a cynical way to look at shit. I've made good friends from simply drinking at the same establishment of someone else, you meet people with same interests/hobbies. The bigger city that you're in the more niche clubs/bars can be so you can actually meet like minded people and just "people that like to get fucked up".

I'm only going out to drink if there is another activity, like the retro arcade/craft beer place, stand up comedy clubs, or a band I enjoy is playing. I don't go out anymore simply to pay like 4X what I'm gonna pay for alcohol than at home. Also I hardly get "drunk" anymore when I'm in public, maybe 4 drinks is gonna be my limit.

It's almost like some of you don't know any females IRL at all. They're the same as males. They do things we do for the same reasons. Some of you are so bitter and hateful towards women and then you complain that they won't give you a chance. Look at yourself and apply all the same nonsense you're accusing women of to yourself. Like I said though, women don't have to pay for drinks at bars. They might have to talk to a guy for 5 minutes, but if they are pretty enough they are gonna have dudes offering to pay for drinks and hitting on them if they come alone or with another female anyway.

Women, as well as men, like positive attention too, and they like having sex. A lot of the women TC I think is talking about are women that might end up going home with a dude too, from my experience. I know plenty of girls that slept with a decent amount of guys doing this, but they usually ended up settling down with one of said dudes that they slept with one night.

But not all flirtatious women at bars even wanna fuck or a boyfriend they just want attention and free drinks, and I can't really knock that either.
