In fact Chile IS supposed to be the most successful and cleanest and safest country in South America today and it is all thanks to him. I have been to most of these countries myself.

Fair enough. I never said they shouldn't be arrested.

My point is that the Proud Boys, in this case, were reacting to violence initiated by the other group. Yes, they went above and beyond in their retaliation, but they weren't the first to get physical.

I guess it's just a coincidence there's a ton of white nationalists in the proud boys, and that white nationalists actually account for around 2/3rds of all deaths by terrorism in the United States while antifa has yet to even kill anyone this century?

yeah here's a crazy idea, both antifa and proud boys are stupid groups that people should condemn (not just the far-right condemning antifa and the far-left condemning proud boys, like so many in this topic have done only with their respective side). antifa are usually quite violent so when they end up coming up against their far-right counterpart, let them destroy eachother. both extremes of politics suck as do their supporters.

There is a big difference:

Antifa won't march like "we have too many (race here)" or "fuck the (ethnicity, religion or sexual orientation here)" and basically look for people of a particular skin color to beat up to an inch of their lives.

The proud boys, among other alt right groups do march to do things such as celebrate Hilter's birthday or chant "jews will not replace us", and if you're a person of color unfortunate enough to walk around where they are you may or may not die or end in the E.R.

BIG difference.
