DarkTransient 10/16/18 3:45:50 PM #19:	Yes, technically, but it was on the basis of "we fired you for not showing up" after I told them I was quitting but didn't give notice. They framed it that way because the store was having a huge problem with staff quitting and were pretty much on their last legs with management who were gonna intervene if it kept happening. So I was let go on the last possible day she legally could with no notice. Which, about 6 months prior, I informed upper management of people doing cocaine and smoking pot on the shift (this is a brewery so use of heavy machinery is extremely common). They immediately terminated me, giving me no chance to defend myself or having any tangible evidence, just the word of a trainee's first day of work.
