Asking 165k
Got offered 158k, they want 5000 in closing costs, and a $500 home warranty So basically we would get like 13k less than what we want for it and after paying off the mortgage would be left with 9k, which isn't completely terrible because profit is profit, but we wanna put money down on a new house and have s*** left over too.
