I think most millennials support recreational marijuanna legalization, and most people (probably millennials more than anyone) support net neutrality. Also I wouldn't be surprised if most millennials supported universal health care.

But because they don't vote and they don't seriously get involved in politics, the politicians don't care.

Rural farmers shouldn't have much bigger political influence than millennials, but they do.

Not really since politicians just do whatever the fuck they want once you vote them in anyway, regardless of whatever they campaigned on or promised the people.

There's also lobbying, kickbacks, slush funds, etc. Nobody ever says no to free money. That's why all politicians are multi-millionaires on a 200k salary.
