Customer: I can't be there tomorrow.

Me: Well we also have Tuesday 9-11, 11-2, or 2-430.

Customer: I guess 11-2.

*starts to puts it in*

At the end of the call

Customer: I think it's insane you can't get out here sooner than Tuesday!

Me: ...we have timeslots available tomorrow.

Customer: I CAN'T BE THERE TOMORROW.

Me: ...Then Tuesday would be the soonest possible if you can't make it to the timeslots we have tomorrow.

Customer: FINE SET IT UP FOR TUESDAY

[...finalizes it and does all the must mentions about having people there and the equip accessible to the to the tech]

Me: Thanks for calling, have a nice day

Customer: I WON'T THANKS TO YOU *click*

my first call at a call center, a jamaican man kept telling me i was lying to him and not helpful because I told him he had already booked someone to come out the next day, and that I couldn't make it any earlier because there was no available time slots

i only remember it because it's funny looking back and trying to help someone and hearing "Nah man you just be fuckin' lyin to me man" in a jamaican accent

I can hear that perfectly in my head and I think that would be the best accent to get yelled at in. It's just so pleasant.
