Nice, now buy in demand low print games and flip them on eBay for 100% profit and double those government coupons.

I can't.

Well, I could. I could turn this money into something else that makes me more money, but Im down with keeping this as it is for now. Part of me wants to hold onto this stuff for life and sell when im old, part of me wants to sell the valuable stuff right now. I will likely hold it.

Like, i'd love to buy a 100 OZ silver bar with this money(just a thought - would do actual research before i plunk over a grand on a paperweight), but by the way its set up I cant get rid of this money. if I have a 1934 bill because its old it doesnt help me to spend it, but also selling on ebay isnt worth it because of fees i'd lose money....and on and on.

Is that $1040 in face value, or $1040 in potential sale value?

1040 in face value.

Most of it isnt worth over face value or if it is, just a few bucks. But I hold onto it because real or perceived numismatic value keeps me from spending it, which is why I have accumulated so much.

Like, a good example of this is a five dollar bill I have with the serial number of 40004040. If it was 40000000, worth decent money. it looks cool, but as it is, nothing actually makes it valuable. But I keep it anyways. Or I have a $50 bill that is close to being a super radar. 45555551. If it was 45555554, worth decent money. Close, but worth just $50.

I have a select few pieces worth decent money, though. two star notes from low print runs that are worth over face but I need to do research to determine by how much.
