Absolutely.

I take the time out of my day to go to the interview, stress about it, worry about it, make myself look the best I can. The least they can do is let me know how it went.

Been a while since I've changed jobs but I remember once I had an interview and as I was getting dressed I got an email saying "thank you for your interest blah blah blah, we have decided to go in another direction blah blah blah". I skipped the interview and later found out the person who got the job was some bigwig's nephew.
