There are lots but I'll talk about millennial bashing.

When I'm out and about and being a cashier, I ring up lots of middle aged and elderly people. I have never once seen any of them bash millennials or even use the word.

I see plenty of older people bash "kids" at my work

but truth be told, most of the time the bashing is justified. Most of the people my age are fucking around and complaining all the time.

Don't know about other places though. I work at an oil refinery.

Well a place like that has a macho sort of feeling to it so that might be normal.

As a cashier though, you get all kinds of people in the neighborhood so it's a better population sample.

Same here. I live in a quite little town where everyone gets along. Multiple race culture, too.

Sometimes I'm convinced that the social issues only exist in our heads, and we use internet as an outlet to make it seem more important and prevelant than it actually is. It's as if extremists aren't real people. I hear about them and I wanna believe they are there, but I've never seen one. Maybe one day.
