You might want to delete this. I've been modded for a more gentle joke about his username before.

In theory no. Since it's very rare for porn stars to be "employees" and the few that are tend to be models who are not expected to have sex.

Porn stars are hired for shoots and paid accordingly, which in theory they can accept or decline.

In practice however if you decline the wrong shoot or decline too often, you can end up tarnishing your own career.

Most notably recently have been the porn stars who have had their career derailed by refusing to sleep with black people. But other times it can be political. Where large agencies can blackball "picky" models and replace them at the drop of a hat.

Also you can agree to "A shoot" and then have thing happen in that shoot that you did not agree to. I think there is even a lawsuit right now about an American porn star who consented to a shoot and then was choked, forced to drink pee, fucked up the ass and a whole load of other stuff they didn't agree to do.

This is a huge problem in Japan where gulliable young women are lured into signing contracts with companies that promise to do acting and model shoots for them, and then suddenly threaten, blackmail or bully them into doing porn scenes.

Just this year alone it was reported that 60 Japanese women thought they were signing up to a modeling agency and ended up being forced into "gangbang" scenes where multiple men had sex with them at the same time against their will.

So the short answer is no.

But the long answer is "Eeeeeeeeeeeeehhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh The porn industry is a dirty one."

There seems to be plenty of roles for skinny and/or older white guys to sit in a chair and watch.
