Sylvando is telling me to go to Nautica, I guess. I just beat the sea monster dude. The one that I called some lightning thing down to allow old man (Raz? Ras? Rab!!) to use his Ultimate Skill.

Sylvando is the only one that is saying anything in the Party Chat option, but I can't remember or don't know where Nautica is
