bobbysjoby 10/08/18 3:42:45 PM #1:	Curious to see what yall think, the other night during a family get together some teenage black kid smashed right into my sisters ride. Was going so fast he went flying into the trees in the neighbors yard after the collision Dude said he was on his phone, think he said he was high too. Cops arrested him because he had prior warrants but when my bro asked if they were gonna breathalise him the cops said they had no real reason to. Does that not seem kinda sketchy to not breathalise some one who just was flying down a neighborhood and not only totaled someones car but required a tow truck to drag it out of the woods? Breathalyzers/field sobriety tests are a means to an end, that being to arrest people and they already had reason to arrest him. They will probably be able to get a warrant for a blood draw back at the station. Breathalyzers are only good for alcohol so if he is high on something else he is going to blow fine, and that may make it harder to justify the blood draw. <cite>realnifty1 posted [p:910183743] in Is smashin...
