I thought incel just meant involuntary celibate? That just means virgin, but willing to swang and bang if given the opportunity. Is there another meaning?

I knew a good guy who'd never been with a girl and he was... I think he was 28 when he finally met a girl online who wanted to also meet offline. They did meet and I think they are still married, which would make it like 10+ years. I mean it's only one case, but still.

Maybe not, I think a 20 year old incel is probably set on the path of being a misogynist for the rest of his life - but there's a slim chance that they can reform, change their outlook on life and become a better person. 20 is still fairly young, if they find themselves in decent company they could made a turnaround.

I want to say there's a ration around 60/40, 60 towards misogyny and 40 towards decency, but I've seen too much of the internet to actually believe it - I just think it's a nice thought.
