Yes, specifically male ones. The typically chauvinistic ones like the guys in my office who actually tried to put up a "Gentlemen's club only, women by invitation" poster in the meeting room and were then confused why HR came to have a word.

They say women are emotional but swear to God and and every time there's a problem in the office it's between the guys in the back office who haven't quite learned how to deal with conflict well into adulthood. Whenever there's an issue they just bottle it up and foster a deep resentment for other people until it's too big a problem to solve, so they just leave it and feel spiteful.
