You can solo the whole game. Thats what im trying to do. Since my internet isnt good enough to play games.

Never played a MH game before World, I like it alot but it feels like there's a severe lack of endgame content to keep me engaged, they add cool events with unique armor every so often but you still have to kill the same monsters you've already been fighting to get it. I also have no-one to play with.

Form what I understand compared to other MH games World is (Understandably)lacking in Monster and Weapon variety, many of the weapons are identical with a few bits of the corresponding Monster attached to it.

Another random thing I want to vent about is the Monster A.I, if you attack a monster and it's not one of the few areas it's designated to fight in it will just run away to one of those areas, super dumb to start fighting and then have to chase it some more. Dunno if they do that in other MH games.

I've put over 400 hours into it, but a lot of that time is just theory crafting sets and testing them. There's not 400 hours worth of content and most people won't reach that.

This is all true. There probably won't be more weapon designs and monster variety until the next PS4 installment since this was their first take on this generation using a new engine.

Well, kinda. The games before had village quests which were solo-only, and then hub quests where the monsters were multiplayer scaled whether you had partners or not. So it was much harder to complete all the missions before. Now, all of the missions (except one) are scaled for single player unless you bring friends along, so you won't have too tough of a time by yourself.

if it's on sale for $10-15, sure, get it.

any more than that, and it's a waste.

unless you love fighting the same monster 100 times in different colors, don't get it.

Nah, it was one of the first DLC monsters. It drops weapons rather than parts to make weapons, and they have different qualities and random stats. It sucks.

Kulve Taroth is fun as fuck to hunt though. That was honestly one of my favorite parts of the game.

Is there a Jhen Mohran equivalent? That was my favourite event monster due to the whole spectacle... even though it was very very very easy

Kind of. Most of the community agrees the fight is very undewhelming though, but if that's your thing, then yeah, there's a giant monster that you fight using unconventional means.

i have it on ps4.

it's fun for sure, but i didn't put that much time into it. I honestly think I burnt my self out on monster hunter 4u on the 3ds.

for what it's worth, I do think mhw is better than mh4u, and everything is more streamlined. since you like mh, you'll probably like it.

and I would offer to play with ya,but i have it on ps4, so...

easiest monster hunter game. they add a new event ever week that brings me back. I want them to stop, but they won't. I want to move on but I can't because I want the new gear that pops up during the week.

I don't like the game, but I keep coming back to it.
