Hows potty training going?

Good days and bad. He's really good about going when we get outside but he hasn't learned yet to let us know when he has to go. He'll just squat down and piss sometimes.

Yeah I had that issue with reptar for probably the first month. My solution was just pretty much go outside every half hour. He hasnt peed indoors in over a month now, and the last time was right when he woke up and was super excited and running around.

Are you planning on cutting his balls off?

I like that name.

We try to take him out every hour on the hour but sometimes we are busy and forget.

He's keeping his balls unless he gets aggressive later in life. If his dad was any indication of his size he's going to be a monster and I really don't want him hurting anyone. I want to eventually breed him with a husky/Lab mix or a husky/Sheppard mix. Keep two of the boys and name them Thor and Loki.

What do you feed yours? We've been giving him the raw rev wellness kibble but I plan on putting him on a diet of only raw ground organ meat from the butcher. I sneak some raw grass fed beef into his bowl every now and then when my girl isn't around lol.

Good plan.. but Ill be honest, I bet youll want to cut his balls off by the time hes five months old. If hes anything like reptar hes going to be a nightmare. Especially if you cant get him in any training. Reptar is going on eight months old and I got his balls chopped off early because he was just so much to handle. I never had plans on breeding though, so its a little different.

Watch YouTube videos on how to get him to come when called, drop it, and leave it ASAP. Those are easily the most important. Sit, stay, and lay down will come on their own.

Blue buffalo puppy food. I really like the Rachel Rae one too, might switch to that one. For treats he loves hooves, chicken and duck feet, and peanut butter. I tried the deer antlers with him but he isnt a big fan of those. He chews on them for awhile, but they dont keep his interest like the hooves do

I heard the Racheal ray one is bad for some reason.

This wellness raw rev food is great. It's on the high end for price but it's nothing crazy.

After his last round of shots he's getting signed up for service classes and for therapy classes. We are also going to board him for two or three days a week just so he gets socialized with other dogs. Budgeting for $400 a month just on him lol. He's going to be a very boujee dog.

You could always go to a dog park. Or set up puppy play dates with friends...

It's about to be winter here but I definitely plan on taking him to the metro parks in the spring
