In just after Collins confirmed that his vote didn't matter. What a brave man.

He wants to keep his seat in a month. I disagree with him entirely, but it makes sense he'd follow along once Collins announced she was for him as well

lmao now he's giving interviews in Capitol Hill and protesters are drowning him out with "shame" chants. How are capitol police not escorting them away?

1st amendment

The first amendment does not mean you can go wherever you please in government buildings.

I'm almost to the point where I just want him to lose his race in November, damn the consequences. He's a perpetual embarrassment to the Democratic Party.

And yet, he is the only reason why they have a seat there

I get the hate, I dont like his vote either and yet I cant say anyone knows the reality of his race better than he does

Heidi Heitcamp announced that she was a no vote and I heard some of her staff get emotional because they know it made the race a lot harder for her

It does mean they can shout "shame" which seems to be problem you have.

My problem is more with my utter inability to hear what a United States Senator is saying in an interview. Thus my wondering why they are doing the interview in an area that is apparently accessible to protesters.

We all knew Collins was going to spew bullshit about voting yes yesterday when she said the investigation was thorough without even really reading the document

Manchin probably knows that Flake is a yes vote, otherwise why come out only after Collins says shes voting yes?

I seem to be against Machin's choices of interview locations tbh
