It happened in 2016 when he murdered 23 y/o Duncan Unternaher after arguing over Arby's takeout food in December 2016. The University of Akron students were in their off campus apartment as Kendal plead guilty to involuntary manslaughter. Apparently Kendal went nuts after Duncan ate his FRENCH FRY and the 2 got into it over that... He was told by Judge Mary Rowlands that if he BEHAVED that he would be let out early...and now 10 months later, the crazed nerd upheld his "good boy" in Prison persona and is being out early despite outrage and plea from Duncan's mother to not let him out. Duncan's dad said "A 23 y/o son's life is worth more than 10 months in jail. We are functioning but we hurt daily. We will hurt daily for the rest of our lives.
