Senators Collins and Murkowski are unusually sensitive to women's issues(for Republicans) and the charges against Kavanaugh being substantiated could well lead them to oppose Kavanaugh(and, unlike Jeff Flake, they've demonstrated they'll actually vote against their party when it matters). On the Democratic side, you have Senators Donnelly, Manchin, and Heitkamp, who all voted to confirm Gorsuch. Manchin in particular seems to openly be looking for cover to vote for Kavanaugh, and all of them could possibly benefit politically by putting daylight between themselves and their Democratic colleagues.
