I only have two people in my party - MC and the other Knight guy, the last party member you get (I'm pretty sure)

Anyways, going up the mountain (to the monks) and I get into a random with a Mob I haven't seen before and it's one Archer guy and then two of these monsters that have a lot of status effect. First attack out the gate crits my MC and then MC gets charmed (I think) and then the Knight guy gets put to sleep. So they're just beating my ass and I can't stop them or heal because I can't get a turn. MC is down to 11 HP when he finally gets back into action so I do his best heal and get back to almost full HP, but my party member is also fucked and he only has a rather weak healing spell and low Magic healing. So MC gets a turn, I heal him up, but they've been focus firing on the MC and he's all messed up again.

I finally pull it off, but it was really close. The only time I've been pushed to the limit like that in the game

Nope

This fight is brutal for me. Hes getting double turns and is hitting his big move all the time. By the time its my turn again, I have to heal Incase he hits me with the gate attack again. And he gets back up!
