Theres a fraternity called Delta Kappa Epsilon thats had a history of controversy regarding excessive partying & alcohol.

Premise:
It takes place in 1982, the neighbors (played by Seth Rogan & insert actress name here) are worried about the fraternity next door. Theres a lot of partying & drinking, but the upcoming beach week will mean 24/7 partying.

Scenes:
1. Neighbors brainstorming ideas to ruin the party without being found out that they were responsible.
2. Frat warned about police on the way, everyone cleans up and hides until the coast is clear
3. Theres a small mention about a popular alumni joining the party
4. One shot is a group of frat bros cheering on two people in the middle of the room boofing (ingesting alcohol through the butt), and one of them is dressed in a judges robe. Chug! Chug! Chug!

[Its a reference to judge Kavanaugh being a drunkard and known for partying in his frat days at the DKE fraternity. More than half of the references in his yearbook contain references to alcohol, one in particular mentioning boofing.]

There will be no time travel or any other explanation given for why Seth Rogan is 40 years in the past and yet again in the same predicament. How will he get out of this mess this time?

Most comedy sequels are either bad, forgettable or pale in comparison to the original.

How often is the third movie in a comedy series awesome? The Naked Gun 33 1/3 is the only example I can think of. Goldmember is good but...PALES IN COMPARISON to the others.
