So, the first time I watched a Games Done Quick was probably in 2014 or 2015. Ever since Ive very much enjoyed watching speedrun. It was during their impromptu Hurricane Harvey relief marathon that I saw a randomizer race being done - it was LoZ: A Link to the Past. It was extremely entertaining and ever since I have thoroughly enjoyed watching those too.

If you dont know what a randomizer is, typically it takes a game that has an open world, and mixes up the item pool. In ALttP, the pendants and crystals are mixed up between dungeon bosses, and the entire item pool is mixed up (with certain rules on where the items can show up so the game is beatable). Its really interesting watching these because it requires on-the-fly routing and decision making.

So far Ive found the following and was wondering if anyone knows other popular randomizers that people race:
- LoZ: ALttP
- Super Metroid
- ALttP/Super Metroid Combo (basically power ups are mixed between BOTH item pools and theres doors in both games that function as portals)
- FFIV Free Enterprise

The only randomizers I watch are the ones played by hbi2k, the ALttP and LA. Fun in his commentary mostly rather than speed.
